EagleWatch Capital, Inc. is a boutique private equity firm based in Vancouver, Canada. The company began life in the early 1980 time period when it financed the development of a small independent television production company which grew rapidly producing more than 450 network television episodes including the Let’s Make A Deal game show with Monty Hall, a Tom Jones musical variety show and a game show featuring Alex Trebek similar to but before his historic success with Jeopardy. With these and several more television series produced in its large Vancouver production studio, Eagle Watch Capital pioneered what is today a world class multi-billion dollar industry.
After surviving the economic turmoil of that early 1980 time period, EagleWatch Capital turned its focus to the changes that was then occurring in the beer market and the opportunities for small scale brewing which fostered the growth of today’s craft beer industry. By 1989 after 4 years of product development, EagleWatch Capital launched The Beer Machine® product line for the home based beer consumer. After marketing in Canada and the United States through traditional retailers and multiple chain stores as well as television infomercials, international distributors began marketing and distributing The Beer Machine product line through more than 20 countries generating close to 100 million dollars in retail sales. Based on the consumer market success, further development of additional patented technology was guided by Phd brewing scientists at the University of California to address the enormous commercial hospitality market.
The technology developed spawned the success of the HausCraftBeer™ product line with its groundbreaking innovation. In the January 2025 edition of Hospitality Business Review magazine, the HausCraftBeer™ brewery system is the cover story for its award as the “Top Craft Beer Brewing system of the year 2025”.
Today, a $650 billion dollar global market that embraced The Beer Machine® product line and the recognition of the HausCraftBeer™ brewing system as the Gold Standard for the hospitality industry attests to substantial profitable growth being limited only by the capital available to support market opportunities. The global beer market is continuing to evolve driven by generational demographic shifts that favor fresh naturally brewed craft beers locally produced which the brewing process of our two product lines personify.
Our team’s deep background in international marketing has been instrumental in developing international distribution of The Beer Machine® a product that simplifies the complexities
of personal brewing, making it easy, economical, and convenient for consumers. This innovation has resonated with beer lovers worldwide, resulting in tens of millions of dollars in retail sales across more than 20 countries.
Strong cash flows generated from export and domestic sales have allowed us to maintain low capital requirements while funding the development of our second product line, the
HausCraftBeer™ brewery system. Originally introduced as “HouseBrew,” this system was rebranded to better align with the growing craft beer industry.
The rising demand for craft beer, driven by Millennials and Generation Z, has accelerated the adoption of internet technologies, connecting consumers with brands in new and innovative ways. This digital transformation has made it clear that our two product lines possess the unique essential patented qualities to achieve enormous market penetration in what Harvard Business School defines as a “Blue Ocean Market.” www.blueoceanstrategy.com
In today’s unpredictable economic environment, where unproven monetary theories and fiat currencies create unbridled debt and economic volatility, experienced investors are seeking safe harbors. Despite these challenges, the demand for fresh, flavorful craft beers continues to grow, especially among an internet-addicted demographic. The global beer market is forecasted to reach one trillion dollars by 2032, presenting a significant opportunity for growth and profitability.
Today, with the Global Beerco LLC Series A funding, The Beer Machine® and HausCraftBeer™ systems are being equipped with technology that includes computerization and Wi-Fi connectivity features that attracts today’s digital consumer. The simplicity and ease of operation, that enables the commercial production of all varieties of craft beers at costs ranging from $0.35 to $0.55 per pint—when consumers are paying $6 to $10—provide a powerful competitive edge in the marketplace.
Both The Beer Machine™ and HausCraftBeer™ systems are built on the highly valued “Razor-to-Razorblades” business model, which ensures long-term revenue through the sale of consumable products. Maintaining control of a global consumable product line in todays increasing economic volatility is a wise approach for maintaining distribution options and controlling manufacturing costs. Global Beerco has established a strategically organized production of high-quality ISO certified suppliers in the United States, Canada, Monterrey, Mexico, Santiago, Chile, and Asia.
